The QM is accountable for planning, direction and evaluation of the Quality Management Program for the patient population of the facility. Reports to the Director of Medical Management and works closely with through Medical Director and QM Committee to provide staff support, legal and regulatory interpretation, data collection, analysis and presentation. The Manager is responsible for policy update; quarterly/annual reporting to the HMO plans and file audits to satisfy delegation agreements with through managed care plans; oversees the member services programs, ensures that the patient grievance process adheres to the medical foundation and HMO guidelines.

Qualifications:

The Staff accountant is responsible for a variety of audit, financial statement and tax engagements under the supervision of VP of Finance. Additionally, the Staff Accountant is responsible for the maintenance of the capital budget reporting system and preparation of financial and statistical graphics. This position performs a variety of accounting functions to ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including maintaining the general ledger and related subsidiary systems for assigned areas. This position also performs all duties related to departmental physicians' billing and collections.

Qualifications:

  2. Two years accounting experience preferably in the health care industry
  3. Familiar with GAAP reporting requirements

The Maintenance Tech must possess basic skills in maintenance and repair abilities. This position is responsible for day-to-day heavy maintenance of a multi-location medical group. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to repairing and maintaining facilities equipment, performing litter patrol and hauling garbage within assigned areas, changing light bulbs, etc. Sometimes specialty maintenance is required and could include plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc. 

Qualifications:
  1. Current HVAC system and control experience; certification a plus.
  2. Knowledgeable in plumbing and electrical troubleshooting repair.
  3. Must have own tools.
  4. Clean, neat and personable.
  5. Clean driving record w/valid CA driver's license.
